The challenge​

Adobe is not only a key partner, but a client.​ It challenged WEBJUMP to overcome UX barriers and improve the system’s experience on its Marketing Hub, a central hub to provide vendors and external stakeholders access to Adobe’s key marketing assets, encouraging its widespread use worldwide.

The solution​

Migration of the key marketing assets from AEM 6.0 to a custom Adobe Experience Manager Sites solution for distribution to Adobe’s employees.​

Customized workflow tasks for Adobe’s specific use cases.

Asset metadata management enhancements and validation rules.

Control granted for admins to manage distribution of approved assets to external and internal parties, with added feature that allows external users to contribute to the Brand Portal without accessing the author environment.
